Refund policy
At E-Z UP, we are committed to providing superior products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation). Custom products created in consultation with the customer are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customercare@ezup.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty, so please refer to our warranty page for further information.
Returning Items
To start a return, log in to your profile on our website and request a return. If you are unable to request a return, it means you are not eligible for one. If you need assistance submitting a return request, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@ezup.ca for help.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send any items without first obtaining this authorization.
Mailing Your Return
Please include your name, email address, proof of purchase, and RMA number. For customers in Canada, returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To process an exchange, contact our Customer Care team at customercare@ezup.ca with your exchange request, and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
